This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from RootedTool via rootedtool.us. Customers may return eligible items within the valid return window starting from the date you receive your package. All returned products must be unopened, unused, intact and kept in original packaging. Damaged, soiled, incomplete or used goods will not be approved for return or refund. You must contact us in advance to obtain a return authorization number before sending back any items.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except for cases caused by manufacturing defects, shipping errors or incorrect items delivered. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to your original payment method within the specified time frame. For defective or non-conforming products upon delivery, we offer full refunds or free product exchanges. Customized, perishable and clearance items are not eligible for return unless obvious product defects exist.
