Billing Terms and Conditions

RootedTool, LLC issues all invoices based on orders placed on rootedtool.us. All prices displayed on the website are final and subject to applicable taxes. Payment must be completed upon order confirmation using the accepted payment methods on our platform. We reserve the right to pause order processing and shipping for incomplete or disputed payments. Any billing errors must be reported within 7 business days after receiving the invoice with valid supporting documents. After this period, the invoice will be deemed accepted by the customer and no revisions will be allowed.
